Apprenticeships Course information
As an apprentice, you will earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills. You will usually spend one day per week studying at St Helens College developing theoretical knowledge of your chosen career, whilst learning the practical skills through working in the industry.
Apprenticeships can take between one and four years to complete depending on the level of Apprenticeship, your ability and the industry sector. Employers are flexible with the weekly salary they pay to apprentices but the minimum salary is £95 a week.
