Accounting Technicians are the skilled support staff working in accounting and finance.  They work in the public sector, industry and commerce, and in the offices of accounting practices.  The AAT awards delivered at St Helens College offer a structured training scheme which develops the competence required for AAT membership.  To gain full membership, applicants must complete one of the programmes and have the appropriate awarding body work experience.
