As our Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery students near the end of the academic year, their tutors set a challenge for them to use their imagination and creativity to produce an Afternoon Tea.

Throughout their qualification the students have to create a lot of savoury dishes, so the tutors set them the task of using the skills they have perfected.

Tutor Craig said, "The students have shown their talents all year round, decorating and finishing plates of food that would clearly make the standard in the industry today. I am very proud of all the level 3 students and the achievements they have made. Every learner starts at a different point in education and it shows that if they are supported and challenged in the right way and given the tools to achieve their own potential they can be ready for the industry at whatever level they embark on!”

Check out the delicious creations from our students.
