Former Travel and Tourism student, Abbey Bethell was at college today to talk to our current level 2 and 3 travel and tourism students about her current job role as a Passenger Service Agent for Swissport at Manchester Airport.
Abbey who completed her level 3 extended diploma at the college last May gained employment just 3 weeks after completing her course and has just recently secured a permanent contract. Abbey was keen to talk to the students about her duties as a Swissport agent from working check-in and boarding and meeting flights.
