“I’ve always wanted to be a teacher but was unsure of whether I should teach at a primary school or secondary school. Studying childcare and having the opportunity to complete a work placement, has really made me realise how much I would love to be a primary school teacher! Learning about child development was really interesting and despite the course being tough, it’s been worth it. I achieved A* after completing my level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and have secured employment at the local primary school where I originally completed my work placement!”
