Our level 2 and level 3 Aviation students were joined by Steve Pickering, Customer Service Officer for the award-winning Singapore Airlines last week for an industry masterclass.
Steve shared 20 years’ worth of industry wisdom with the students, describing the range of employment opportunities and career paths that the students could follow.
He provided students with up-to-date travel guidance and talked about the dramatic impact Covid-19 has had on the sector.
Steve also gave the students information about the services offered by Singapore Airlines and how they can ensure that customer expectations are always exceeded in their future careers.
