Our Level 1 Early Years students recently had a visit from a familiar face, former student Yasmin, who now works as an Early Years Practitioner at Happy Bunnies Nursery!
Speaking to the students about working life, the day to day responsibilities at Happy Bunnies and her education journey, Yasmin spoke highly of her time at College, praising the support of her tutors.
Yasmin’s tutor, Rachel, was ecstatic to have Yasmin back on campus. “Yasmin was an outstanding student on the Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education programme two years ago, and has been employed full time at Happy Bunnies Nursery in St Helens since qualifying,” Rachel told us. “She talked about student life and how she loved college, and how she would do it all again in a heartbeat!”
When asked where would she like to be in 5 years time, Yasmin said she hopes to have been promoted and in a position of more authority at Happy Bunnies Nursery.
