Fromdonating essential items to hosting cake and coffee mornings and raffles, we are proud of our staff and students for raising £1,070 in aid of Ukraine! Some examples of their generosity include Computing and IT students baking and selling delicious Ukraine-themed cakes, and Art and Design students hosting their very own pop-up shop, selling bespoke pieces of work such as handmade ceramic dishes, decorative printed cards and tote bags. STUDENTS WORK BEHIND THE SCENES AT LIVERPOOL AQUARIUM Level 3 Animal Management students went behind the scenes of the newly refurbished aquarium at Liverpool'sWorld Museum. The students got hands-on, emptying and maintaining two of their large exhibits, conducted water quality tests, fed all of the fish, and provided food and enrichment for their resident octopus. STUDENTS COLLABORATE ON SPOOKY LOOKS Level 1 Hairdressing students and Level 3 Theatrical, Special Effects, Hair and Media Makeup students worked together to create impressive spooky looks as part of their assessments. 26
