Colleges Week

We are proudly supporting #CollegesWeek2023!

This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and shout about all of the brilliant things that we do to support our students and contribute to local skills and our communities!

We'll be sharing student experience coverage, student successes, positive testimonials and highlighting the many reasons to #LoveOurCollege.

Today’s theme for #CollegesWeek2023 is #Hospitality!

Take a look at what our Catering and Hospitality students got up to recently, showcasing their skills as we welcomed the Mid Mersey Local Medical Committee to our Fine-Dining Colours Restaurant for their annual dinner!

Amongst the guests were healthcare professionals from across Merseyside who enjoyed a delicious three-course dinner prepared and served by our very own talented students.

On the menu for the evening was Roasted Rump of Lamb with Fondant Potato in Minted Pea Puree and Red Wine Jus, followed by Vanilla Panna Cotta with Macerated Berries.

The evening was enjoyed by all and was the perfect opportunity for our students to showcase the skills they’ve learnt on their course in a real restaurant environment.
