Our level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery students have been busy in the kitchens, preparing for their upcoming mock exams.
Students demonstrated their knowledge and skills, as they created a beautiful Pot Toasted Gamebird, with sauce and braised delicate vegetables. This allowed the students to develop precision, speed and control in their existing skills, whilst developing more refined and advanced techniques.
All the dishes looked absolutely delicious! Well done to all our students.
