Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery students have been whipping up a treat in the kitchen this week, as they created delicious desserts.

The students created a range of hot, cold, and iced desserts, which helped our students in understanding the use of the ingredients and different cooking methods, in the development on complex desserts.
