Well done to our Level 2 Professional Cookery student Keiran, who has secured an impressive role as a Commis Chef at Liverpool’s highest fine dining restaurant Panoramic34, situated on the 34th floor of the West Tower!
Keiran reached out to the restaurant after watching Head Chef Nathan Booth on MasterChef UK The Professionals.
Feeling inspired after hearing Nathan was a local chef, with links to Liverpool, Kieran reached out and successfully secured a trial at the restaurant, which has led to him securing a part-time role there alongside his course here at College!
Speaking to Keiran he said “I have always loved cooking and have been surrounded by inspiring chefs all my life! With my foster dad working as a professional chef, he is my biggest inspiration and I hope during my time at Panoramic 34 and my studies at College that I can one day follow in his footsteps.”
