You'll benefit

Airport operations staff, cabin crew and holiday representatives play a very important role in the delivery of the customer experience, so you'll be learning all about different cultures, customs and aviation operations to provide a first class experience.

Many of our students take part in exciting trips and visits both in the UK and abroad, to check out tourist hotspots, top destinations, attractions and the headquarters of corporate holiday providers, such as Expedia and Eurocamp.

Previous students have even had the opportunity to learn Mandarin alongside their course, to help prepare them for the world of work.

You'll succeed

Locally, the travel and tourism industry is thriving, with a real emphasis on the visitor economy and expansion of both Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airport.
