Catering and Hospitality students had the fantastic opportunity to support Chef, James Holden at his recent fundraising dinner at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, working alongside some of the region’s best chefs to deliver a delicious 6-course dinner.
The event was hosted in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts to raise funds for their Adopt a School Trust, who do fantastic work to support local young people, educating them on healthy eating habits and helping them to explore their interest in food and cooking.
Students, alongside several other college’s from across the region, provided front-of-house service, as well as assisting in the kitchens, cooking alongside top chefs:
Our students were in charge of creating the fifth course, a pressed confit pork belly, pickled apple, apple gel and sage crips, cooked and served to perfection!
