If you require confirmation of your programme study dates or any other information, you will need to complete a consent form to allow us to release this information to you or a third party. Please use the form below and, once completed, email a copy to: misnotify@sthelens.ac.uk.
If you would like to appeal a parking fine, please send the full Penalty Notice to parking@sthelens.ac.uk.
Exam Certificates come directly to the college and are not sent to individual students. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that certificates are requested from the college within 12 months of issue. Certificates not requested within 12 months are not retained by the college and students are liable for the cost of a replacement certificate.
You can request for your certificate to be posted out to you via the following form: www.sthelens.ac.uk/cert-request
Please note during term time certificates will be posted within 7 working days. However, during none core periods this may take considerably longer.
