The course will start in September and will take one year to complete.
This course will take place at our STEM Centre Campus, Pocket Nook Street, St Helens, WA9 1TT.
During this course, you will cover the following:
In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to gain some work experience within the construction industry.
You should have 3 GCSEs at grade 3 or above including English and/or maths.
Achieving a good standard of English and maths is a key requirement for many jobs, as well as for courses you may wish to progress on to. If you achieve below a grade 4 in your English and maths GCSEs at school, you will study it alongside your course when you join us.
This course is the first step towards becoming a successful Electrician.
You could progress on to the level 2 Technical Certificate in Electrical Installation to enhance your skills and knowledge. Alternatively, you could secure an apprenticeship with an employer and earn whilst you learn.
