During this course you will develop an understanding of how to carry out a range of tasks, such as how to manage information and deal with challenging situations, whilst providing excellent customer service.

As the course is completed online, the use of a computer or laptop is recommended, however all student have access to our campus libraries including our quiet study spaces and computer suites!
