Care workers play a key role in ensuring their residents or patients are treated with a friendly and caring approach. The need for high-quality trained care workers has never been greater, after a Care Quality Commission investigation revealed that 424 out of 1,357 services in England are rated ‘inadequate’.
This qualification will help learners to understand how to develop and implement a care plan including monitoring and reporting on the care activities they’re responsible for, as part of their job role.
This course is suitable for anyone currently working, or hoping to work, in a health and social care role that requires care planning.
As the course is completed online, the use of a computer or laptop is recommended, however all student have access to our campus libraries including our quiet study spaces and computer suites!
