Approximately 450 million people currently experience mental health problems, with recent reports suggesting that over 12 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in just one year.

This qualification aims to build an understanding of mental health problems and raise awareness of the support that can be offered to colleagues. During this course, learners will discover how increasing the understanding of mental health of all staff and promoting a transparent and open environment, can encourage a positive culture of care and support within the workplace.

This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in learning more or raising awareness about mental health within the workplace.
