Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer affecting men, with 1 in 8 men being diagnosed.
Our staff and students from St Helens College & Knowsley Community College held our first ever Darts Tournament to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
Students from Level 1 Electrical and Level 2 Painting & Decorating, and our Carpentry and Joinery Apprentices collaborated to create the incredible stage for the tournament – in just 3 days! The event had over 100 registrants ready to play and raise funds at our STEM Centre Campus. Congratulations to Callum for winning the student competition and to our Director of Curriculum, Mike Bruns, for winning the staff entry.
