Pre-Enrolment and Enrolment Student Photo Upload

Welcome to our Student Photo Upload Portal.

We need to create your Student ID Card! To create your student ID card, we need you to upload a recent photograph.

The photograph should:

• Show your full head with your eyes open and clearly visible, with you looking directly into the camera and no other person in the photograph.
• You must not use an altered image or filter (eg snapchat/face swap).

Please be aware that any unsuitable images may require us to issue you with a replacement card, for which you will incur a charge.

Your student ID card identifies you as a student at the college.

It will provide you will access to college buildings and facilities such as the Libraries and Computing Services.

If you do not upload your image, there will be a considerable delay in the issuing of your student ID card,  which will impede your access to the services described above.

Your student ID card will be provided to you by your department during Induction Week.

Please be aware that it is unlikely that you will receive your ID card during Induction Week if you do not upload your image online.
