Image saying Reset Your Future

We understand that the period after school or college can feel uncertain for many young people. If you know someone who is unsure about their next steps, lacking confidence, or currently not in work, education or training, Reset Your Future could be the support they need.

This free and inclusive programme is designed to help young people move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

Who is it for?

Reset Your Future is aimed at young people aged 18–21 who live in St Helens and are not currently engaged in employment, education or training. The programme offers a flexible, pressure‑free approach, providing tailored support to help them explore their options and rebuild confidence about what comes next.

What makes it different?

Reset Your Future is not a traditional classroom course or a one‑size‑fits‑all programme. Support is shaped around the individual and their goals. Whether that means moving into employment, starting an apprenticeship, joining further training, or taking time to understand their interests and future aspirations.

Support available

  • One‑to‑one guidance from a dedicated skills coach
  • Flexible learning, from one‑to‑two‑hour workshops to short programmes lasting one to eight weeks
  • Real‑world experience to build employability skills
  • On‑campus or offsite support, depending on what works best for the young person

No pressure, no obligation

There is no requirement to sign up or make decisions straight away. We simply offer an initial conversation to help young people and parents decide whether the programme feels right for them.
