If you require confirmation about your programme study dates or any other information, please contact misnotify@sthelens.ac.uk. You will be required to fill in a consent form to allow us to release this information to you or a third party.

If you would like to appeal a parking fine, please send the full Penalty Notice to parking@sthelens.ac.uk.

Exam Certificates come directly to the college and are not sent to individual students. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that certificates are requested from the college within 12 months of issue. Certificates not requested within 12 months are not retained by the college and students are liable for the cost of a replacement certificate.

You can request for your certificate to be posted out to you via the following form: www.sthelens.ac.uk/cert-request

Please note during term time certificates will be posted within 7 working days. However, during none core periods this may take considerably longer.

Eligibility for funding is dependent on personal circumstances and eligibility, subject to a fee assessment during the enrolment process by your enrolling tutor.
