This is an ideal qualification for those who are a practicing team leader, helping you become more effective and confident in your role. It can also support new or aspiring team leaders, helping you to make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

This course will start in September. You will attend college on a Tuesday 6pm – 9pm.

This course will take place at our Town Centre Campus, Water Street, St Helens, WA10 1PP.

You will study a variety of areas including communication, working with people, providing direction and leadership, and getting results – from problem-solving to planning and monitoring workloads.

The course is assessed through a range of methods, including practical and written activities that you will be supported with in your sessions.

No formal qualifications are required. However, learners should aspire to become a team leader.

The course fee is £201. You may be eligible for funding depending on your personal circumstances and subject to a fee assessment during the enrolment process. For further details, please visit our financial support pages.

Upon successful completion of this course, you may wish to progress on to the Level 3 ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management.
