The course will start in September and will take one year to complete. You will attend College for one evening per week on a Thursday, from 6.00pm – 9.00pm.
This course takes place at St Helens College, Town Centre Campus, St Helens, WA10 1PP.
You will be taught by industry professionals in our fully-equipped gym and sports studio.

You will be assessed through a number of methods, including portfolio work, observation and examination.
It would be desirable that you have achieved either a level 2 in Anatomy and Physiology, GCSE Biology, GCSE PE or have relevant industry experience.

If you are aged 19 or over, you may be able to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover your course fees. An Advanced Learner Loan enables you to study now, pay later. Loan eligibility is not dependent on income or employment status and there is no credit check. Loan repayments do not start until you have finished your course and earn over £25,000 per year.
Upon successful completion of this course, you could progress on to a higher level course such as the level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy.
